Effect
Glossy film intensifies the effect of printing inks by their brilliant surface. This happens because the application of the adhesive and the backing sheet creates additional layers on the substrate surface, creating the so new reflection properties of the surface. The reflection plane is displaced from the surface of the inkaway, towards the lamination surface. Visually, this effect occurs in the lighter ink on more than darker.
